Abstract: The integration of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) with the Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) has revolutionized various industrial applications, enabling advanced automation and monitoring capabilities. However, ensuring secure wireless communication between UAVs and IoT devices remains a critical challenge. Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces (RIS) have emerged as a promising technology to enhance communication performance. This research paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the security performance of RIS-assisted UAV wireless communication in industrial IoT environments. The study focuses on assessing key security metrics, analyzing potential vulnerabilities, and proposing security-enhancing techniques to validate the findings.
