Abstract
For every different odd primes p and q we attempt to construct a class of non- group semigroups of order pαqβ by using the semidirect product of monogenic semigroups of indices greater than 1. Necessary conditions are given for the power graphs of monogenic and constructed semigroups to be Eulerian or complete.
