Abstract
This study is aims to show the relevance of data visualization in data analysis. The presentation has focused on discussing and demonstrating how different data visualization techniques can be considered analyzing complex dataset. The demonstration is based on human resource dataset about employees. The data visualization performed in this study is done through Microsoft Power BI and presentation is done through charts and tables.
