Abstract
The paper attempted to study the Perception of the Corporate Sector towards the New CSR Regime and to examine the factors predominantly influencing the CSR programmes. The study was undertaken in five sectors and convenient sampling technique was adopted for the same. The following conclusions were made as a result of the study. This study makes use of a sample of 43 companies in five sectors in Karnataka. The statistics used for the study are standard deviation and Pearson’s correlation and the like. The results indicate that a positive relationship existed between corporate sector and New CSR regime implementation.
